A restoration and adaptive reuse of a century old building in downtown Johnson City, TN. Named London’s Lofts as an homage to the building’s former occupant, London’s Hardware, the Market Street building has retained the large stone ring affixed to its top, leaving a sense of the history on the face of the new space. The main floor has been renovated to house the TREK Bicycle Concept Store and the upper two floors were renovated to be contemporary 1 bedroom urban loft apartments.
