A restoration and adaptive reuse of the historic CC&O depot in Johnson City, TN. The CC&O was completed around 1909 and served the region until the mid 1950’s.

After extensive research and sensitive reconstruction the CC&O is now at the center of life in downtown Johnson City, TN. The front of the depot is now retail and the back side is a restaurant.
